Following the first week of repatriation flights operated by Air India and Air India Express, phase two of the Vande Bharat repatriation flights have now been released. Flights will be operated from the following countries which were not covered in phase one:

- Belarus – Minsk
- Canada – Vancouver, Toronta
- France – Paris
- Georgia – Tiblisi
- Indonesia – Jakarta
- Ireland – Dublin
- Italy – Rome
- Kazakhstan – Karagandy, Almaty, Nur-Sultan – No regular Air India flights to this destination, clearances may take a week
- Kyrgyzstan – Bishkek – No regular Air India flights to this destination, clearances may take a week
- Nepal – Kathmandu
- Nigeria – Lagos
- Russia – Moscow – From 20th May
- Thailand – Bangkok
- Ukraine – Kiev – No regular Air India flights to this destination, clearances may take a week
In addition, flights will continue to operate from:
