Route transfers between Scoot, SilkAir, and Singapore Airlines to affect India

Singapore Airlines (SIA) is re-jigging routes between its low-cost subsidiary Scoot, which took over TigerAir, and its regional subsidiary SilkAir, as the latter mergers into it.
