Jet Airways Releases Schedule for Deliveries of first Boeing 787 Dreamliner

India’s largest airline Jet Airways has announced the tentative schedule for delivery of its 10 Boeing 787-8 Dreamliners. The all-new aircraft, which has yet to enter into service (EIS) with Indian launch customer Air India, offers double digit fuel efficiency gains over Jet Airways’ current widebody fleet while also offering improved passenger comfort.

Jet Airways has 10 787-8s on order with no purchase options (though it can shift these orders to other Boeing products).

Jet’s first 787s will arrive on property in Fiscal Year 2015 with 2 more aircraft joining the aircraft in 2016 and 2017 combined.
