Lufthansa Cargo DHL Express joint venture Aerologic receives it’s first Boeing 777F

AeroLogic took delivery of it’s first 777 Freighter from Boeing registration D-AALA and powered by General Electric GE90-110B1 engines.

AeroLogic, formed in 2007 and based in Leipzig, Germany, is a new cargo joint venture between Lufthansa Cargo and DHL Express and will operate an exclusive Boeing 777F fleet. Via leasing company Deucalion Capital, AeroLogic has ordered eight 777F.

Aerologic will use Boeing’s Airplane Health Management Fault Monitoring and Maintenance Performance Toolbox to manage its 777 Freighters which provides real-time fault-management tools to identify maintenance needs and communicate with ground teams to enable proactive, planned and timely maintenance operations and address potential issues, while managing technical publications and training, and customizing online maintenance manuals.
